Thats how I started and became a Power Seller! I would say Gold or Silver before you need to shake things up a bit to take it to the next level.

What is the Power Seller ‘phone help’ number? Is there one other than the one that pops up if you go through dozens of screens on the eBay site? The phone number I always find is the same one that the general public is able to call where you get an entry level employee in India. If you can’t publish the PS phone number, would you please tell me where to look on the site? The PS board says that the phone number has been retired and is no longer available.

I’m not sure if I am supposed to publish this number or not, but 1-800-322-8693

I think the Power Seller requirements are less than stated above:

Sales volume requirements •Minimum sales volume with US buyers over past 12 months: $3,000 in sales and 100 transactions.

Then you have the 4 tiers for Silver, Gold etc. that are mentioned. I sell part-time only and was still able to become a power seller in a few months. I LOVE the USPS discounts!

Thanks for all your helpful & insightful information!

I AM BEING TOTALLY SERIOUS, when I tell you, “a bronze power seller gets a logo next to their eBay id, which only appears to the seller.”

I believe it is a method intended to encourage decent sellers, into going “all-in” for the eBay preferred shipping & tracking(which means more $ for eBay-duh.)

It’s actually a little sneaky. I was lead to believe their were some boosts in search, extra CSR time, etc..
Not for bronze. See for yourself. They couldn’t even give me a 10% discount for a month or something to say, “Hey, thanks for abiding our ever changing rules. Here’s…nothing really-but GO FOR THE SILVER champ!”

Thank you no eBay. I like media mail, 1st class shipping-UPS ground. I(f it’s ok with ya’ll, I’ll ship stuff that benefits me and my buyer. No need to send that 1970 Tommy John RC priority or express mail. My buyer waited 42 years to get the card. Another day won’t hurt.
